      Established in 2019, China shipping anchor chain(Jiangsu) specializes in the production of marine anchor chains and mooring chain.An investment of 998 million RMB has recently been prepared to build a state of the art factory.
      The first phase of development includes an area of 180, 000 m2, with about 500 staff, including engineers, project technicians and administration personnel.The main production equipments such as NO.5, NO.6, NO 7, NO 8, NO 9 and N0 11chain production lines.Vertical Q.T. furnace and various cutting and tensile testing machines are of the first class.
      China shipping anchor chain advanced flash butt welding and the production is in accordance with ISO9001, GB549, GB/T20848 and the standards of the leading classification societies worldwide.The main products are marine anchor chains and mooring chain with diameter from 17.5mm-162mm.Our annual production capacity is currently around 100, 000tons and ecpected to increase dramatically in the following even further investments.

  1.For LCL loading, the package method include sacks, iron cages, pallets
  2. For FCL loading, the chains will be bound with STEEL WIRE ROPE and load in container direactly

  10.Difference between Stud link chain and studless chain:
  Originally studs were added to the chain to stiffen the links preventing them from severely deforming when overloaded. They have the added advantage in that they prevent the chain from knotting up when twisted, thus avoiding problems when chain is retrieved with a windlass.
