Our almonds farms cover acreage of 70 hectares that allow us to collect annually 200 tons picked from three main regions:
SBEITLA (former Sufetula founded by the Romans in the 1st century) provides 10% of the production picking season: from August to September.
ZAGHOUAN (formerly Ziqa reborn under the Roman Emperor Hadrian in the 2nd century): provides 50% of the production. Picking season begins from August to September.
MATEUR (formerly Matarensis founded by the Carthaginians in the 1st century) provides 40% of the production- picking season from August to September.

Almonds are equally rich in proteins (about 20 % almost the same as meat) and are a good -source of vitamin E (antioxidants), B2 and other B vitamins.
Known for their ability to reduce cholesterol, almonds are an excellent source of Omega-3. Indeed a handful of almonds provides up to 90% of recommended daily requirements.
